Cancelling Your Booking

• •30+ days before departure — full refund, minus a small processing fee.
• •15–29 days before departure — 50% refund of the total trek cost.
• •Less than 15 days before departure — non-refundable, as guides, permits, and accommodation are already booked on your behalf.

Rescheduling

Need to move your dates instead of cancelling outright? Let us know at least 15 days before departure and we'll shift your booking to another available date at no extra charge, subject to availability on the new dates.

Weather & Force Majeure

If a trek is cancelled or cut short due to weather, landslides, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we'll offer a reschedule or a credit toward a future trek. Costs already paid to third parties (permits, transport, accommodation) for days completed are non-refundable.

If We Cancel

On the rare occasion we need to cancel a trek from our end (e.g. not enough people to run a group departure), you'll get a full refund or the option to move to a different trek or date — no questions asked.
